Machine details:

Autofeed Section

1. Each set of guide plates can be adjusted horizontally, and embossed powered guide rollers guide paper deliverybelt.

2. Left and right side baffles ensure vertical paper delivery.

3. The paper feed section is equipped with two paper delivery knives, allowing for asymmetrical length adjustment based on the sample.

4. The overall coordination ensures fast, easy, continuous, and accurate paper feeding.

Automatic Calibration

1. Consists of two sets of guide plates;

2. Each set of guide plates is equipped with an adjustable tilt belt;

3. The upper belt has a row of adjustable pressure bearings;

4. It can correct for carton parallelism errors, ensuring that the paper feeds parallel to the next station.

Pre-folding Section

1. The front section is equipped with a pre-folding knife on the left side.

Bottom Lock

2. The left and right guide plates are equipped with segmented upper aluminum hangers, enhancing the machine's folding capabilities and effectively handling a variety of complex box shapes.

3. This area, combined with the hook-bottom assembly and aluminum sliding sleeve, allows for locking folding of the hook-bottom box bottom.

 

Main Folding Section
1. This folding section utilizes a combination of a bottom belt and a bend belt.

2. The second fold line on both sides is 180 degrees, and the fourth fold line is fully integrated at 180 degrees.

3. The automatic belt feeder ensures smoother carton folding.

4. The left and right bend belts adjust their speed based on their position, ensuring more precise folding.

5. A hidden center plate ensures worry-free switching between large and small cartons (optional).

Conveying&Pressing Section
1. Four belts convey the boxes upward and downward, using two sets of guide plates.

2. Equipped with a photoelectric counting device, the counter controls a pneumatic cylinder that ejects the boxes for identification.

3. The upper and lower brackets are individually driven, which facilitates individual length adjustment.

4. Equipped with an automatic belt tension adjustment system.

Continuous automatic accumulation of boxes ensures that the boxes enter the conveying section neatly and in a smooth rhythm.

Conveyor Platform

1. Utilizes an independent, soft sponge belt that prevents damage to finished products, ensuring smooth conveying and excellent quality.

2. The entire conveyor unit can be moved forward and backward.

One-touch machine adjustment automatically matches parameters through the full servo system, quickly completing component adjustments. The QR code scanning function scans the order QR code to directly access the preset parameters for the corresponding box type, eliminating manual selection steps.

This dual function further shortens order changeover time, reduces manual intervention, and adapts to high-frequency, multi-category orders, ensuring efficient and accurate production and significantly improving flexible production capabilities.

Plasma Surface Treatment

Plasma treatment of the adhesive surface of cardboard removes oil and dust, activates surface molecules, and enhances adhesive adhesion. It is particularly suitable for difficult-to-bond materials such as laminates and UV-resistant materials.

The treatment process is fast and efficient, does not damage the cardboard, reduces delamination, ensures secure gluing, and is suitable for the production of various high-precision box shapes.

Automatic Glue Dosing Machine
When the photoelectric detection indicates that the glue level is too low, a diaphragm pump pumps the glue from the barrel into the glue box. When the glue reaches the set level, the machine automatically stops, completing the dosing process.

Glue spraying system

For irregular boxes, an additional spraying system is required.
Equipped with three spray guns, it facilitates the production of various special boxes and enables precise glue spraying at speeds up to 300m/min. (Note: Optional according to customer order)

 

Warranty & After-Sale Service:

1. Warranty period: The seller provides a 12-month free warranty period (the starting date is subject to the delivery date), and the warranty items including the electrical appliances in the electric control box and import brand belts can be guaranteed for one year. Parts identified as quality problems during the warranty period can be replaced free of charge, but the freight needs to be borne by the buyer. Normal wear and tear and vulnerable parts are not covered by the warranty.
2. Out of warranty period: The seller promises lifetime maintenance, lifetime supply of spare parts and lifetime technical support. The spare parts and freight are charged according to the market price as appropriate.
3. Remark: If the buyer privately modifies the structure, configuration and function of the machine without the written consent of the seller, the quality problems and consequences caused by the buyer shall be fully responsible, and the warranty service will be automatically terminated.
