Cenwan's fully automatic dual-lane carton production line features an inline automatic die-cutter at the front end, eliminating intermediate transfers.

Machine details:

Feeding Section

1) The electrically controlled unit separation is equipped with an alarm that sounds during operation, ensuring worker safety.

2) A pneumatic interlocking device is used between each unit, ensuring secure, convenient, and accurate locking.

3) A master locking mechanism is installed to ensure smooth and accurate speed regulation.

4) A high-pressure centrifugal fan provides suction-assisted paper feeding, adjusting the air volume according to the degree of cardboard curvature to ensure smooth paper feeding.

5) A planned production quantity can be set. When the planned production quantity is reached, the system automatically stops paper feeding and issues an alarm signal.

Folding Gluing Section
1. The machine is equipped with a waste removal device before gluing, automatically removing die-cut waste to ensure clean paper feeding.

2. Both left and right channels simultaneously gluing and fold die-cut cardboard, doubling efficiency and stability.

3. The left and right servo belts can be adjusted to different speeds to make the folding box forming more precise.

4. The machine is equipped with an active upper belt to make the carton run more smoothly.

Conveying&Pressing Section
1. Dual-channel independent paper feeding ensures smooth paper connection in each channel.

2. Each channel has an independent counting spray function for accurate counting.

3. The paper stack head can be transverse movement. When changing orders for flat-top boxes, simply adjusting the paper stack head allows for paper connection

Fish-scale Type Paper Receiving Section
1. The fish-scale paper receiving unit with an upper pressing belt ensures lighter receiving pressure, preventing cartons from adhering too early.

2. The narrow upper pressing belt design allows for direct visual observation of the paper receiving section's status, facilitating

easier handling of exceptions;

3. Independent retraction and downward pressing of the upper belt, adjustable according to different carton sizes, enable the stacking boards to arrange the paper piles more neatly;

4. The baffles on both sides of the stacking board ensure more stable stacking of small cartons.

1. The exclusive dual-channel converging relay transfer patent, specifically designed for dual-channel stacking plate transfer, ensures the stacking height in each channel.

2. Independent servo control of the stacking plate transfer prevents clogging incidents caused by inconsistencies between the two channels.

3. An integrated stacking plate adapted for flat-top boxes offers user-friendly operation.

Conveyor Platform

1. Utilizes an independent, soft sponge belt that prevents damage to finished products, ensuring smooth conveying and excellent quality.

2. The entire conveyor unit can be moved forward and backward.

3. The conveyor speed is automatically adjusted based on the main machine's rotational speed and the photoelectric controller.

4. Manual operation and speed are also available.

One-touch Machine Adjustment

One-touch machine adjustment combined with a QR code scanning function makes
order change operations moreintelligent. One-touch machine adjustment automatically matches
parameters through the full servo system, quickly completing component adjustments.

The QR code scanning function scans the order QR code to directly access the preset parameters for the corresponding box type, eliminating manual selection steps.

This dual function further shortens order changeover time, reduces manual intervention, and adapts to high-
frequency, multi-category orders, ensuring efficient and accurate production and significantly
improving flexible production capabilities.

Warranty & After-Sale Service:

1. Warranty period: The seller provides a 12-month free warranty period (the starting date is subject to the delivery date), and the warranty items including the electrical appliances in the electric control box and import brand belts can be guaranteed for one year. Parts identified as quality problems during the warranty period can be replaced free of charge, but the freight needs to be borne by the buyer . Normal wear and tear and vulnerable parts are not covered by the warranty.
2. Out of warranty period: The seller promises lifetime maintenance, lifetime supply of spare parts and lifetime technical support. The spare parts and freight are charged according to the market price as appropriate.
3. Remark:If the buyer privately modifies the structure, configuration and function of the machine without the written consent of the seller, the quality problems and consequences caused by the buyer shall be fully responsible, and the warranty service will be automatically terminated.
4. About installation and training: The seller can provide engineer to buyer's factory for installation and training work,the location is at buyer's workshop.The buyer needs to be responsible for the visa fee of the seller's engineer, round-trip air tickets and other transportation costs, the engineer's board and lodging expenses, and the engineer's salary of 150 US dollars/day.The supporting materials (such as power supply, air source, materials,wires,air pipes and etc. ) required for installation and training must be prepared by the buyer.
