Features Inquiry

1. Autofeed Section:
      Equipped with an independent servo drive for precise control.
      Features a linear guide-adjusted feeder knife with BOSTER tungsten steel for durability.
      Utilizes high-quality paper feeder belts from BOST (Switzerland/Habasi) for reliable performance.
      Includes a pneumatic vibrator to ensure smooth and stable paper feeding.

2. Automatic Calibration:
      Adjustable side gauges and lower trays ensure parallel alignment of the paper during conveyance, maintaining consistent accuracy.

3. Pre-folded Portion:
      Provides 180° pre-folding for the upper left flap and 160° pre-folding for the third crease line.
      Includes a pre-folding opening device for the first and third crease lines.
      Features an abduction belt system for easy disassembly and flexibility in shaping boxes.

4. Bottom Hook:
      A complete front flap bottom locking device ensures smooth and accurate bottom locking.
      The abduction belt system enhances flexibility and ease of use for shaped boxes.

5. Prefix for Notebook Computers:
      Accurately completes the second and fourth folding lines at 180°.
      Features an adjustable inflection belt with independent speed control for precise operation.

6. Pressurization Section:
      Upper and lower brackets are individually driven, allowing for independent length adjustments.
      Includes an automatic belt tension adjustment system for consistent performance.
      Ensures smooth and rhythmic box accumulation for seamless conveyance.

7. Transportation Section:
      Conveying pressure speed can be automatically or manually adjusted to match the main machine's speed.
      It features a pneumatic pressure adjustment system for the upper conveying section that is adaptable to varying box lengths.
